Persons wishing to participate with Chosen Productions (as prospective Members) must submit a brief summary of qualifications, name(s), contact email address and a description of what you would like to see us offer for your advancement. Prospective persons (wishing to consult with us) are asked to provide a brief summary of event requirements, name of organization, contact name and web/email address(es). Consultations are intended for persons who may not wish to commit to a Membership, but wish to temporarily benefit from our services. Regular email distribution to you requires your name and email address. You may subscribe, or unsubscribe any time by emailing - info@chosenproductions.ca.

If you are below the age of thirteen, you need to have permission from your parents before providing this information on the Internet.

Products and special offers

Chosen Productions and our Members offer you products for sale. In this case, you are asked to navigate to a third party website. The information you provide to them is subject to their policies and procedures. Chosen Productions endeavours to supply your order in a safe and efficient manner. Please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, when using third party such as PayPal.

How we protect your private information

Consideration and approval of Members, and consultations with Chosen Productions are kept confidential. When you are on our email list, your name and email address is used for which it is intended (email distribution, announcements, or contests), and is not shared with a third party. Memberships carry privileges, therefore email contact boundaries are respected among Members.

Use of "Cookies"

Chosen Productions monitors temporary cookies to improve our services overall. We do not place any permanent information on your hard disk. We are able to track statistics such as the pages you visit, and the features enjoyed the most.

Notice to Parents

We encourage parents together with their children, to view our website. Any submission of information by a child, without parental approval is not appropriate.

Chosen Productions and our Members are aware of, and adhere to, and acknowledge a professional and respectable image both on and off of the stage. Use of violence, profanity, non-prescription drugs, alcohol, and sexual innuendoes immediately before, during and after meetings and events are not tolerated, and are not supported by this organization. These destructive habits and behaviors must be disclosed during the Membership process. Any damages resulting from activities like these will result in the withdrawal of Membership, and restitution performed by the one(s) responsible. Chosen Productions will not be held responsible for your misconduct. Your maturity and professionalism is expected and respected.

Minors are to be attended with by their respective parents/legal guardians, no matter the case.
